Investigational once-weekly triple receptor agonist combining incretin-receptor activation with glucagon-receptor agonism. Phase II obesity data reported mean weight reductions in excess of 20% at the highest dose tested over 48 weeks.

Mechanism of action
Concurrent agonism of GLP-1R and GIPR amplifies satiety and insulinotropic signaling, while glucagon-receptor agonism increases energy expenditure and hepatic fatty-acid oxidation.
