CJC-1295 / Ipa 2X Blend (5mg / 5mg)

Also known as · CJC-1295 No-DAC + Ipamorelin 5/5 · Mod-GRF(1-29) + Ipamorelin

Overview

A 1:1 (5 mg / 5 mg) blend of short-acting modified GRF(1-29) with ipamorelin, studied for synergistic short-duration GH pulse amplification without prolactin/cortisol elevation.

Research profile · for clinicians

Based on research: pairs short-acting modified GRF(1-29) with ipamorelin to reproduce the classic GHRH + GHRP synergy that produces larger pulsatile GH releases than either component alone, without meaningful prolactin or cortisol activation.

Mechanism of action

Mod-GRF(1-29) provides GHRH-receptor input; ipamorelin contributes GHSR-1a activation. Co-administration produces larger GH pulses than either component alone in preclinical work.

Research record

  • [02]No clinical trials of the fixed-ratio blend.
