Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 / TB-500)
Also known as · BPC-157 + TB-500 · Wolverine 20mg
Overview
A 1:1 (10 mg / 10 mg) co-lyophilized blend of BPC-157 and TB-500 studied in preclinical models for combined effects on angiogenesis, tendon/ligament remodeling, and soft-tissue repair.
Research profile · for clinicians
Based on research: a 1:1 tissue-repair combination studied preclinically for additive effects on angiogenesis, tendon and ligament remodeling, and soft-tissue recovery — pairing BPC-157's NO/VEGF signaling with TB-500's actin-mediated cell-migration effects.
Mechanism of action
BPC-157 modulates the nitric-oxide system and upregulates growth-factor receptors; TB-500 (a thymosin-β4 fragment) promotes G-actin sequestration, endothelial migration, and angiogenesis. Combined preparations are studied for additive repair signaling.
Research record
- [01]Preclinical tendon, ligament, and muscle repair models for each constituent.
- [02]No published clinical trials of the fixed-ratio blend in humans.
