An arginate-salt form of the BPC-157 sequence, prepared for improved stability in solution. Increasingly used in place of the acetate salt in tissue-repair research.

Based on research: the repair pharmacology is inherited from the BPC-157 literature; what differs is formulation chemistry. No head-to-head trial has compared arginate against acetate in humans.

Mechanism of action

Same pentadecapeptide sequence as BPC-157 — angiogenic VEGFR2 signalling, nitric-oxide modulation, and fibroblast outgrowth — with the arginate counter-ion intended to reduce degradation in solution.
