Based on research: extends the tesamorelin + ipamorelin GH-axis stimulus with mechano-growth factor, an IGF-1 splice variant studied for activation of quiescent muscle satellite cells and myoblast proliferation in skeletal-muscle repair models.

Mechanism of action

Tesamorelin + ipamorelin amplify endogenous GH/IGF-1; MGF (IGF-1Ec) is reported to activate quiescent muscle satellite cells and promote myoblast proliferation independent of mature IGF-1.
